What is this rhythm?

Accelerated escape from the posterior fascicle, resulting in RBBB/LAFB morphology.  There are retrograde P waves.  Is this sinus bradycardia with the rate usurped by the posterior fascicle?  Is it sinus arrest?  One thing for certain: there is no evidence of AV block (there is no sinus beat to conduct!).  

He had presented in septic shock with this ECG:
